How to monitor coolant temperature?

What would be the best/most cost effective way of monitoring real time or data log coolant temperature?
Have a 997.1 and just wanted to see how hot my coolant is actually getting during aggressive drives.

If upu want totally cheap check out some apps on your phone and a cheap bt dongle. If you want pretty cheap and fast and reliable the nt510 will datalog and can be had for $150
