Default (Finally) In the 997 club!

Pulled the trigger on this 2006 C4 Seal Grey over Cocoa Full Leather beauty. Now the only problem is it is 1500 miles away, but I will have it soon!

Thanks for everyone on here who responded to any of my posts and/or who's insights I read through in this process. Looking forward to having it in my hands and will report back with more on my 3.6 Tiptronic experience.

Good looking car. Mine was 1700 miles away and it was an enjoyable ride all the way home.

"Wide and Juicy! " as some members say about the C4 widebodys!
Congrats and enjoy it in good health... Give it all the beans as often as possible
Are you having it shipped or picking it up personally?

Congratulations that you finally found your 911. That 1500 mile distance would be a perfect opportunity to get acquainted with your new Porsche.

Thanks all!

Not sure if I will drive or ship yet. I don't have any extra time off so I would need to make the trip from NJ to FL in two days, which would pretty much be two nonstop days of driving down I95. Unfortunately not a very romantic drive, as I have experienced in the past. So I think I will let this one come to me and plan a more interesting use of those miles!

Couldn't agree more. That I-95 is a terrible drive, and not worth the miles on the car. Ship it then drive the snot out of it on proper roads
