Michelin Tire Warranty Reduced for Widebody?

All tire warranties are bogus and loaded with stipulations unless the tire has an obvious mfg defect .... almost as laughable as a 25 yr shingle warranty for your house !!!

I had zero problems with michelin tire warranty over the last 4 years and mail order my tires from Discount Tire.
Anywhere from 4500 - 5100 miles is all I could get out of the rears on my C63. Staggered setup, so only a 15k mile warranty.
Call Discount tire up, tell them I need to warranty some tires...$120 and 2 days later new tires were on my doorstep. Only once in 5 warranty claims did I have to provide pics

the Michelin tire warranty works out really well for the audi guys. We routinely get at least 50% off on the next set bc of warranty which means youre paying for hankooks but getting Michelins

I double checked my receipt on my Michelin PS4s and yes the warranty covered the rear 305s for 30,000 miles. As others have pointed out, I've never been close to 30,000 miles on any rear tires. The Cayman did get about 25,000 miles on some PS2 rears with my wife doing 90% of the driving.
