Suncoast most of the time for OEM parts and even if it's not on their site, they can get it, just send them an email through the website. I just ordered cayenne 958 front brake lines and rear 957 PCCB calipers for a PCCB conversion I'm doing on my Widebody Turbo Cayenne. Prices were about 25% off published list.

I've also used Automotion, Pelican, ECS, Vertex Auto, AutoAnything (Hawk Pads), Summit Racing (Motul RBF600 brake fluid).

For 997 brakes, I like dba rotors and Hawk Ceramic pads. Just did this setup on my wife's 997 and it works great.

Contact Ken at KNS Brakes (sales@knsbrajes.com) about fitment for the 997.2 (wife's is a. 1 C2S).

Ok. Got to ask. What was the problem with pelican?

I agree with everyone and I use a combo of the above. Parts shipping is one of the most fun parts of the repair.

Oh, and always a shout out to the local dealer. If you go up there and make friends they often will give a discount plus they can find odd parts like fasteners, etc. and no shipping.

Ordered a bunch of stuff from them, and yes they will cover brake pads and rotors that are worn out. Have a constant rotation of pads and rotors for the track car that they replace without issue. Been fantastic to deal with over the years.

Issues post being bought by ECS perhaps?

Warehouse33 is also great to get stuff from as is Sonnen when it comes to chasing down OEM stuff.

I like Pelican, they have always been extra helpful to me - especially on the do it yourself front.

I ordered brake parts from Pelican recently for my GF's E90 BMW. Their website showed stock on parts but I was called to say they didn't have stock. Then I chose replacements and the same thing happened. Eventually I wound up buying the pads off Amazon.

I use Sonnen. Suncoast too occasionally for some of their closeout items.

Suncoast most of the time. Great customer service

recently purchased item from getporscheparts.com
part delivered fast and great price. I’m not a fan of no phone number or email on their website though.

Hi Doug - really sorry to hear about your experience with us - please send me a PM if you like and we'll do our best to rectify the situation.

I've noticed this too. The customer service is not great at Pelican the last 3 out of 4 times I've called them, either with a question or with an issue on an existing order. This has caused me to source the expensive parts I buy from another vendor.

pelican has an awful website ordering system
you find what u want, you order it, no mention of any issues when you check out and pay
three days later somebody emails you says it is out of stock and no longer available

This isn't specific to Pelican, but their cross border shipping is outrageous. The only one I've seen that's blatantly worse (and down right extortion) is Suncoast.
