If you are considering a CAE shifter and want to get their nice looking carbon fiber trim piece to cover up the opening, don't waste your $225.

This is the link to the cover. It sits too high such that it is not even remotely flush and is not opened up enough for shifter clearance. The 1-2 gate rubs against this trim piece. I asked Hard Motorsport (US Distributor) to return it or provide a solution. They refused both. Terrible business customer service for folks that sell $1350 shifters. Just walk away.
