Default Squealing brakes - moving from a complete stop

My rear brakes (I think) squeal when moving from a complete stop. The noise is harder for the 1st revolution and disappears after 3rd or 4th revolution. This happens every single time. Car has 52xxx kms on the clock, discs have 'ridges' however the wear indicators are still present meaning that thickness-wise they are still fine? Would the ridges cause this noise when the pads are separating from the discs they don't completely off each other for the first few revolutions?
