Three Wheelin'
The most important thing is you are happy with it.
The parts.. its a hodgepodge. I wouldn't count on any help with actual aerodynamics since the various parts are a hodgepodge and real aero hardware is designed to be used together as a single unit. The way it was tested. Not saying the net result can't be a good one.
As far as the power goes.. it is indeed quite a different experience. I also had a good bit quicker car previous to the 911.. but the 911 is wholly more rewarding!

Thanks Mike! Not due yet, but great to know. Loving these brakes compared to the M3s of past even w track pads.
What I find really odd is that I'm satisfied w the power coming from a supercharged e92 M3 w 650hp. Just an different overall experience...much more connected, loud in a different way, etc.

I think I may know where you're coming from. I had a 650hp supercharged SS and the car was loud and fun and obnoxious but no faster in the 1/4 than my 500+hp Audi S4 or S5 and much more of a handful. After the childish grin wears off the car was a handful and the tail refusing to hook up even when hammering it from 60mph and with 325 rubber out back loses its charm after the first 100 times.
The pcar is like a grown up miata. its a ton of fun and really buttoned up suspension wise.

Great looking car. Congrats.
To answer one of your earlier questions, that intake is a K&N offered for the 996 and 997.1 cars. Be very careful about how much oil you use on the filter when restoring it and I'd also add a hydrophobic K&N filter cover to keep water from saturating the filter media if you're driving in the rain.
