Thanks guys! The guys at the dealership have been great. They received offers for more money after I already said I wanted it and are standing by the offer they accepted from me. Already joined PCA and am ready to meet up with some local Houston owners.
Wow, I like the Guards Red, I hope you enjoy the new car? Here's another Targa (it's more of a hatch, if you know what I mean?) but from the UK. This Targa has shed full of options, X51, PCCB, etc. My first Porsche and very happy with the whole driving experience, keep that exhaust open and give it max! I'll send a few more snaps....

This car is everything dreams are made of!!! Not only is a 911 my dream car but my dad has always wanted a Porsche as well. I actually may buy him a Boxster or Cayman for his birthday this year!
That red Targa has the aluminum shift **** and handbrake, but I don't see it on the build sheet. That's about 1K option someone added?
@shekmark from what I understand the previous owner had very deep pockets. Upon researching his name he and his wife appeared on a TV show. I won't say which one to respect their privacy.
