Default Finally, LEDs to replace the h7's bulbs on 997.2 dynamic headlamps

After trying and failing a couple of times to make this work.....I finally have LEDs on my 997.2 headlamps. The left is the h7 halogens, one of those high output osrams and the right is the led. Flashing now is immediate brighter, I think...

Used silicone to seal the headlights from dust and moisture... In addition , I also sealed the headlight canopy in the car with heat insulation material, the thin once to further protect the headlight from dust and moisture intrusion... I don't have a pic of the last one ..to follow

Doe the rubber covers you need to poke holes for the bulbs and the wire to go through.. note you also need to cut the holes with scissors to make the hole round. If you don't cut, when you stretch the rubber to let the bulb housing go through it will just tear the rubber and you will end up ruining the rubber covers.

The lights look great ....they now match better with the kids though the LEDs are whiter.. my only concern is the new pattern is a bit higher which could be blinding to oncoming traffic...it should be great for flashing...
This really gives the lights a modern look!

What rubber cover did you get?

Was an adapter needed for the LED Bulb?

Thanks
