Default Steering wheel extender for 997

The 9products airbag steering wheel extender for series 997 is finally available on the market!

We have had the 996 extender available a few years. We have received very good feedback of it and it's been very popular so I'm glad to bring this product for series 997 too.

Retail is 482€ / 533$.

May want to list how far it extends. Happy to see more of these on the market!

Is this two parts that attach together with bolts? If so, can you add spacers/washers and longer bolts to increase the spaced amount?

Here you go:

The extender is 52mm. An extension wiring set for Multi-Function steering wheel is not ready yet so this item could be used with standard airbag wheel only.

Here's the 996-version too:

I got a private message about installation pictures and instructions. Here's the installation pictures that our customer from Germany sent some time ago.

6'8" and shrinking.

Waiting to hear about the wire harness extension. I *think it may not be required if the stock harness reaches.

The stock harness reaches in some applications. The airbag itself reaches but some multifunction / tiptronic might not reach. We don't have data of every different application yet.

If you have a non-multifunction wheel, this mounts perfectly (see the GT2 pictures above) !

Thanks. Given the commitment it will facilitate confidence if you simply say if the harness reaches. A matrix is even better.
