I agree. Tires like (for example) Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2s have more "rounded" sidewalls and look wider.

I think the new PS4Ss have kind of the same "flat/squared" sidewalls that PSSs have. I will try my luck and order the PS4Ss in 305/30.

yup correct. i'd just run the 15mm on the rear, wouldn't worry about the extra mm to match the oem wide body rear wheel specs.

only the genuine turbo cars came with the 8.5 inch fronts as they are made wider and more aggressive to account for the wider front turbo bumper

when are u going to get all this installed? it will look amazing.

997.2 GTS also comes with stock RS spyder wheels front 8.5" 235/35/19 and rear 11" 305/30/19 (no spacers since these wheels are CLs).

Correct me if I am wrong.

The below GT3 (rennlister Marvin Zoch) has the following front wheels:
Front: 8.5"x19" ET 53

Turbo II NB wheels:
Front: 8"x19" ET57

According to the wheel offset calculator:
http://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Wheel-Offset-Calculator#

Outer Position: RETRACT by 10mm

Is this "10mm" the size of the spacer that I have to add to have the same front wheel stance?

Thanks

If I am reading your post correctly, you are asking what size spacer for 8 et57 TurboII wheel that will give the same outside spacing
as a 8.5 et 53 wheel.
If so, then you are correct, 10mm spacer.

About spacers, after exchanging some PMs with rennlister WantA997, I decided to go with 10mm front and (per MYW's suggestion), 15mm rear. Now, 10mm spacers are only offered by ECS and Adaptec - both rennlist sponsors

I am trying to decide if I will go with silver or black lug bolts. ECS only have spacers and lug bolts in black. Adaptec only have (besides custom made) spacers and lug bolts in polished aluminum color (silver).

So, these are the options:

1) Adaptec spacers and lug bolts in polished aluminum color.

2) ECS spacers and lug bolts in black color.

3) Adaptec spacers (aluminum color) + ECS (black lug bolts).

What you guys think?

I didn't order the spacers yet but I decided to go with 10mm front and 15mm rear.

Rennlister WantA997 had a 997.2 C2S with H&R, 10mm front and 15mm rear. Here are some photos of his car:

no company out there makes a gunmetal spacer + lugs?

10mm FR like cameron's car is good, just don't do the 7mm. with that said that extra 2mm (12mm FR) will also work without issue

your car will look amazing either way.
