You may want to look at the Porsche parts Katalog diagrams.... it won't tell you the size, but it will show you the mounting system..... just knowing the size may not do it for you if you are seeking to replace the speaker.
I replaced all of the Premium Bose speakers in my '09 with Focal units and it was no small job. In addition to diameter, there is a depth issue also. IIRC some of those drivers were custom designed with special mounting system.... in other words, a simple four hole speaker of the correct size may not just drop in.
Depending on why you are asking, you may be best served just removing the door panel and examining it for yourself.

Attached is the write-up I did on my Focal replacement project in a Bose .1 in case you find any of the photos or info useful. I'm not sure how much crosses over to a non-Bose car.
I kept all my Bose speakers but will likely never need them again so I'd be willing to sell them if you think you could upgrade the non Bose speakers to Bose without using the Bose amp in the frunk.
