PPI Over-rev report
Just did a PPI on a 997.2 s manual i am interested in that has 82k miles.
this is over-rev report.
It seems to me the car has never been pushed.
Thoughts?
As always your time is appreciated.

Yep, the report supports your conclusion. Also, the average speed is about 48kph (133784/2795) so I say a mixture of highway and city driving.

I wouldn't buy that car for shyte. I doubt the rings are seated and it probably has carbon build up out the wazuu. Probably just blow the heck up if you even got close to the red line.
In all seriousness, how the heck is that. 82k granny driven miles.

I had to read this twice, thought it might be a Tip...but nope. I just sold a Boxster I had bought at 99,500 miles and it was totally clean, but it was a tip. First manual I've seen like that in a while, even my 997 Tip with 50k miles has some over revs.

Hi guys, new in the Porsche World so a help would be greatly appreciated.
I went to check a 997, 2007, 24k miles, something was not right. For such low mileage for a 10 years old car the body did not look beat up but in certain areas the car looked like it had more miles. Not sure if this days people can alter the mileage on this cars. A local Porsche guy did a PPI on it and this is what he came up with. I dont know how to read this chart so bare with me. The simplest way you guys can explain it the better I can understand it. I would like to know what means the number before the slash and the one after and how to read it and what to look for.
This is the only Fault code that came up

I'd say that low mileage doesn't mean anything if it's in the wrong owner's hands. Your PPI checklist also notes "no major" evidence of repair so does that mean there's "minor" evidence? Maybe it has been in a few fender benders and has been repaired and/or repainted at sub-par shops.
Or, something as simple as the car being parked outdoors permanently for 10 years can also do irreparable damage. Don't forget that parking in the same spot, day in and day out can dull one side of the paint, lens, plastic trim, etc. over the other. That may explain your suspicion on the appearance and condition of the car.
Mechanically however, the car looks very sound and has been babied per the PPI checklist/DME report.
