As per the usual forum MO, use the forum search function. You should see a wealth of 3rd party warranty related posts that should be of use...with that said, Fidelity seems to be a popular/robust one based on my prior research.

They are often a scam. They have a long list of covered parts. Problem is when you have a claim they have all kinds of loop holes. Oh, you didnt change your oil often enough...denied. Or you dont have a receipt for air conditioner maintenance...denied. Be wary

Fidelity is the best, but like mentioned, you have to be careful. Some companies will not pay out and on a larger claim they might try and find a reason why you shouldn't be covered. If you have a manual 6 speed Carrera, I probably wouldn't. With a PDK, then yes, I would recommend it.

I am a finance mgr for a major dealership in my area. I sold myself the best warranty available. A 36/36 bumper to bumper on my 09 Carrera s PDF. They are covering the 02 sensors that I am having done tomorrow. I paid 2600 bucks for the gold pkg. looks like it's going to pay off as I feel I have bore scoring as well. We will see. You will have to go a month and 1000 miles before you can file a claim. Not and or. Both will have to be satisfied. Let me know if you need anymore info. Steve
