Default Sleeve for exhaust tip - 997.1 S
i lost the inner sleeve or spacer on one of the tips. I can't find it anywhere, including PET. Any thoughts? I'd rather not buy an entire tip.

I'm trying to visualize the piece you are talking about. Can you take pictures of the good and missing?

I think he's referring to this part. There's no part# marked on it. I read somewhere someone just cut up a coke can & wrapped it a few time & it holds the tip in place while you tighten the bolt..

My indy welded a piece of this (without the screw).... to make it work

I noticed mine appeared to be welded in place at the factory.

Thanks a bunch guys. MkC2S's pic is it. I tried putting a clamp in there but it wasn't thick enough. I'll try a thicker clamp next or stop by muffler shop.
