Hi All, I have a 2004 Turbo (manual). This is what I have done so far. What would get more power out of this car? I seldom drive it but when I do I go hard. Maybe link me to a website or kit
Exhaust
Drop in K&N Filter
Engine software tune.
I do not have an X50 Turbo.

Two often overlooked improvements on these first gen water-cooled Turbos is a 5 bar fuel pressure regulator and a set of upgraded wastegate actuators. It's important to properly maintain the fuel system as the power increases on the car, and the wastegates provide improved functionality and reliability/dependability to the system.

Im going to give you a little advice thats flies in the face of most on here inc. myself
Leave the car alone!! If your asking what mods to do it tells me you havent done the research needed to deal with how a hp upgrade just isn't one part. Expect to drop 6000$ the first time around for fueling turbo and tune. Add i/c larger i/c piping trans work and more tuning dyno time you have another 10k invested snd havent even touched the internals.
Enjoy your car the way it is. Maybe a set of i/c and a updated tune and keep the money. (Spoken by someone with 40k$ in a build that started at 1800$ for a better tune. 2.5 yrs later its almost done)

C'mon, I think you're at the extreme opposite end of the spectrum.
With the CORRECT combination of parts on his car(not what he has on there now) you can have a ton of fun without touching turbos or fuel.

agree, the op just needs a cpl more bolt on items to be "safely" at 550/575 ( ish ) and that is the sweet spot for this car w/out unduly taxing the internals.

Burning Brakes
700 hp is typically considered the limits of the stock internals.
