Default Wannagofast Clayton Ga 2017

Well it was a blast. Everyone had fun including me learning how to drive this thing.

I ended up running one pass today and I did a slow rolling start at 27psi to see my first times printed out lol. On Saturday we didn't get times posted for a lot of us.

My first shake down pass was 172.94mph in the half mile then bam blew 6th gear so now Freed Performance has to build the rest of the gears. If the trans didn't blow I would have raised the boost up to 30psi next pass.

Pretty much sucks but hey motor ran strong and data logs came out perfect. Freed performance will do a nice trans build to make sure the gears can hold up top.

Here's a video of my only run today.

141mph on that pass. The funny thing is I just went easy and rolled into first gear.

I would recommend for people that have not done 4th thru 6th gear in there transmission to upgrade them also. If your planning on running 1000awhp.

Thanks man.

Absolutely. Motor is running with no issues and all of the parts are working like they should. I should have upgraded the gears and synced in 4th thru 6th. Sean watches your data logs carefully after being tuned with him. So you make the most hp but safely too.

Awesome. Going to have to hit up Sean soon.

Also, i have the clucthmasters stg 3 and LWFW too, but mine stalls when i clutch in some times. Do you have that problem?

I hope Sean can tune around it.

Yup that happens to me sometimes. My clutch engages fast so I clonk out sometimes. The stage 3 clutch is used for people with higher hp cars.

When I had a stock motor I ran the Sachs stage 2.5 clutch worked perfectly.

Mine stalls sometimes when coming to a stop and i clutch in at 3krpm or so. The engine drops below idle rpm and stalls. Sometimes it recovers, and sometimes it just stalls. I hope Sean can tune around this. Going to give him a call.

We're going to get the trans fixed for North Carolina and finally raise the boost to see what we can do.

DA will be low at the next event so at 30psi it will be somewhere around or close to 1000awhp. So maybe low to mid 180s. It's harder then it looks lol.

Braking was awesome. The new big brake kit that freed and Matt installed worked perfectly. I didn't even go hard on the brakes. The stock ones took way more power to stop.
