PS2's va BFG G-Force Rival S's

Partly based on Rob's recommendation, I've been running 245/40/18 + 315/30/18 RT615K+'s on my 8.5x12 wheel setup. I've gotten ~4300 miles out of them, which includes a few autocross events and hard canyon runs -- and they're almost toast. I take it easy if I find myself in the rain (I now run the same tires on my other car/DD), but have never felt sketched out.
Probably a couple seconds off the pace of a 71R or Rival S at the autocross, but definitely faster than a PS2. Overall, an amazing compromise between a street tire and a track tire, especially if you don't put a lot of miles on your car.

Thanks Matt,
I'm leaning toward these or a set of NT01's. I almost got 4,000 miles out of my PS2's with about 50/50 autocross/street use but shredded the outside edge of the fronts at the Evolution autocross school yesterday at Crow's Landing. I had to limp the car home 200 mile @ 55 mph. I did dump all the 101 fuel I had in the frunk into the tank before my questionable tire voyage home.
Probably mostly due to poor driving on a rough surface and maxed out OEM camber adjustment in front (probably time for GT3 LCA's). I am on the fence on whether the NT01 would be better due to a significant amount of AX use, or if I should stick with a 200 tread wear tire due to my beginner driving level.

have gone through many sets, plenty of track time on them... lots of wet weather and very hot/very cold
for my usage, they seem to wear the best.. very good in the wet, surprising hydroplane resistance given the closed/fat block tread pattern, good in cold down to around 5-10*C... do overheat them on my local very technical track but they don't chunk or have bad characteristics, simply become slicker than ideal (I'm not easy on them and needs more camber for true track usage)
great dual-sport street/track tire for a serious driver

Are you still AWD? It looks like the 235 rolling diameter matches the rear of the 315 a little better than the 245, but it would be nice to have a little wider rubber up front as long as it doesnt cause AWD issues.

I am still AWD.
I previously ran 235/40/18 + 315/30/18 PS2's, but went with the 245 based on recommendations here. It's actually better to have the fronts be ever-so-slightly taller for AWD power transfer, so the 245 + 315 setup is perfect.
I didn't have any issues with the 235/40/18's, but they are just barely shorter than the 315/40/18's (though very close), and the 245's feel better.
