I see three 996tts on a regular basis in my small town. A silver one parked at the BART train station, a seal grey one and another silver one. Also a black 997.1tt

I don't see many during the week here in KC. Three regularly show up for Saturday breakfast.

I'm in San Diego (Scripps Ranch), and I'm out commuting with mine at least half the week between my two cars. Sometimes more when the kiddos are not asking for the "TV" in the luxo-barge SUV.

Other than a black 996 turbo that I see every blue moon in my own community, I have only ever come across another blue 996 turbo in the wild in the past 3 yrs. I see many more 997 turbos.

Though in general, I do see lots and lots of other Porsche flavors in my area. Just not necessarily the 996 turbo.

Including mine, we have 3 at my golf club, a bunch of 997tt's and at least one 991tt. Also a bunch of Ferraris, a couple of McLarens a Lambo and some I've forgotten. Notwithstanding, except there, I rarely see one of our cars.

Tons of 991 turbos, few 997 turbos, rarely a 996tt. I think most simply are not DDs anymore. LI and NYC.

I believe I read California was 25% of Porsche's total market.

I daily drive my 996TT cab 60 miles round trip each day here in Oklahoma City. In the last year I have I have seen three Carreras, 2 991's, a handful of Boxsters, a lot of Cayenne's and a Panamera. Not a single 996 or turbo anything. I'm the God of Porsches here ;-)

and probably closer to 50% in malibu and/or hwd hills

when the 911 was introduced in the 60's, the first thing anyone did with their first hit record, was go get a 911. as a kid, my next door neighbor had a 911S and a playboy centerfold GF in '67. i needed no further convincing lol
