Model: 911 Turbo
VIN: WP0AB29931S687833
Mileage: 75,xxx
Color: Seal Gray on Black leather interior
Price: $50,000 as-is with all modifications; or lower if aftermarket wheels/tires + aftermarket tune is parted out
Location (Region): South San Francisco Bay Area (Cupertino, California to be exact, zip code 95014)
Body Style: Coupe
Transmission Type: 6-speed manual
2 or 4 Wheel Drive?: 4 Wheel Drive
Engine Type: Twin Turbo
Stereo System: AM-FM CD
Clean Title in Hand.
Updated Carfax on-hand via email.
Options: Airbags, Air Conditioning, Alarm System, Antilock Brakes, Cruise Control, Foglamps, Intermittent Wipers, Power Heated Leather Seats, Power Brakes, Power Door Locks, Power Steering, Power Windows, Sunroof
Service History:
Aside from a folder's worth of prior service paperwork provided by previous owner, I recently spent $4k doing the following...
- Coolant system flush
- Tranny fluid flush
- Diff fluid flush
- Engine oil & filter
- MAF cleaning
- New Spark plugs
- New Ignition Coils
- New front CV axleshaft (the entire shaft was replaced, since old CV boots were ripped/missing for an unknown amount of time)
- New battery (3-year warranty through Walmart)
- New air filters throughout
Background on car:
I'm the 3rd owner, and the car has always been a California car, so there's no worry of rust in/on the chassis. Just rolled 75k miles. 8/10 exterior condition (has dings/scratches, and other slight signs of wear over the years). 8/10 interior condition (similar to exterior, minor dings/scratches here and there). Overall condition of car 9/10. Very healthy motor, and transmission feels smooth. 2nd gear occasionally needs coaxing during cold start low-speed driving. Other than that, no popouts that I know of. According to service records, apparently car had clutch replaced (probably under preventative care?) around 45k miles, done at the dealership. Was a big ticket item, needless to say. Rear wing hydraulics done within the last couple of years, but I have already noticed some oil seepage on the driver-side hydraulic. Not sure if that's a good sign, but as of right now, the wing functions just fine. Car recently was detailed and has ceramic coating, which should last 1 year. The coating is hydrophobic, so it should easily rinse off with just simple car shampoo/water, and shouldn't need detailing anytime soon ($600 value). I don't believe the car has been tracked before by previous owner(s), but may have been autocrossed before. I've autocrossed the car twice under my ownership, once recently, and the car performed flawlessly. Very quick, lots of grip! I have yet to track the car unfortunately. I'm sure it would be quite a blast.
Modifications:
- Rear wiper blade delete (previous owner put in a chrome cap instead)
- old Bilstein PSS9 coilovers, pre corner-balanced (installed by previous owner when car was around 45k-50k miles)
- new front wiper blades (Bosch Icon)
- new white LED light bulbs throughout the car (city/parking lights, frunk, interior courtesy lights)
- new Advan TC3 wheels sized 18x8.5 +51 fronts; 18x11 +43 rears
- new Toyo R888 tires sized 245/40/18 fronts; 315/30/18 rears
- new Cobb AccessPort, using California smog-legal 91-octane tune (up to 15psi of boost)
- new 6000K D2S HID lowbeam headlight bulbs (comes with 1-year warranty)
Reason for selling:
Although the car shouldn't need any servicing for a long while from hereon out (according to the certified master-tech @ Porsche of Burlingame), I seriously underestimated the cost of ownership for this car. As I do intend on tracking the car, I feel that it will be more financially responsible for me to get something that is more affordable should anything major go wrong. I surely will miss this car should I end up selling it
Oh, and it's missing the front tow-hook cover. What a deal-breaker!
Car will come with stock suspension, stock spare tire (useless looking one lol), stock wheels/tires (the tires still have plenty of life, but previous owner put on some Sumitomos, probably not very good tires overall).
If buyer is not interested in the aftermarket wheels nor the aftermarket tune, I can part those out and lower the total asking price. However, I'm too lazy to part out the coilover suspension, so that will go with the car regardless =/

For ease, please refer to the Imgur photo album link here: http://imgur.com/a/XGUXx
Or the local Craigslist ad I posted: http://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/cto/5962041199.html
If interested, please let me know if you have any questions at all. I check messages quite often. Feel free to PM me directly.
I'm a relatively new member here, but I've been a longtime member of E46fanatics, M3forum, Zpost, and Bimmerforums (as I used to own some bimmers prior to this car). Have a perfect buyer/seller feedback score on all of those sites, so buy with confidence

How much did you pay for it originally and do you know how long it was for sale?
If you paid X recently and did some maintenance, chances are someone else will pay about the same if you can wait for the right buyer. Summer is coming...
