The NSX dude

I don't feel like replacing a head unit and doing some stereo set up on a car I get to drive a handful of times a year. Anyone using this cable and know where to get it? I used the search function here and bunch of people seem to like it. I'm just looking to listen to music on my phone, iphone 6S plus.

I cant seem to find the cable anywhere, anyone have any ideas of something comparable or one to sell?
