The Prestige Thread - Finest 996TT Market Finds

Please show me a black interior turbo s coupe with a 6 speed that has been listed for a prolonged period of time for 60-70k. You can’t, because there are none. The prices for the 996 have definitely seen an increase. A year ago maybe, but not today.

PS: I hate when we only post links though, as the links go away and there is no reference info on the cars, so copying the info for posterity.

Selling my wife's 2001 911 turbo
only 25k original miles
6 speed manual
no accidents
no stories
no modifications
never smoked in
no winters
no racing
no launching
no hard shifting
always brought to 180 degrees before any boost
Zero issues. no bull****
Our Porsche is in beautiful condition.
The paint is stunning. I just had it waxed professionally this fall.
NO winters !!!
Driven an average of less than 1500 miles per year since new.
Anyone that's bought an older car knows its difficult to findone that truly needs nothing.
It's equally difficult to find one that has not been modified, raced or driven hard.
The 911 I'm selling is the car I would hope to find if I were looking to buy a 996 turbo.
Lots of money invest to keep perfect. the common 996 turbo issues all have been addressed.
I just did plugs and coils as maintenance.
Received new alternator last year
the unavoidable spoiler hydraulic failure has already been fixed.- $$$
The diverter vales have been replaced.
It has been pressure tested. No boost leaks what so ever.
The first owner of this car had it for 15 years.
He sold it to the General manager of sears the Mercedes dealer in Wayzata.
We came in looking at something else and my wife fell in love with this so we purchased it from him.
The car shifts, starts and runs as new. I recently purchased a 2015 R8 and I'm running out of garage space.

Wow, that's a beautiful car with a magnificent color combo. Lotsa nice cars in Sandy Eggo, that's where mine came from!
But Turbo S or not, 40K mile cars are not $70K cars. It's simply too many miles for top dollar/collectibility, regardless of the wonderful color and options. The actual sell price will be closer to low $60s in my estimation. Which is still very strong money for a 40K mile car.
Of course I wouldn't post anything about the selling price if this was the Seller's Thread, but it's not, it's our discussion forum to talk about and opine on the Prestige!

Nor will it at 70+ but I would ask the same and be willing to negotiate.
It is in line w/ Hagerty's concours values, though, if it's truly concours: https://www.hagerty.com/apps/valuati...sche-911-Turbo

Great car, but again, to pull that asking it would either have to have lower miles or truly be in impeccable/flawless/concours condition (and still have to find the right buyer). If it is in that condition, your brother should invest in a pro to photograph the car, because the images on the ad don't highlight that.
Here is Hagertys definition of condition #1, Concours:
Here is Hagertys definition of condition #1, Concours:
Condition #1 vehicles are the best in the world. The visual image is of the best vehicle, in the right colors, driving onto the lawn at the finest concours. Perfectly clean, the vehicle has been groomed down to the tire treads. Painted and chromed surfaces are mirror-like. Dust and dirt are banned, and materials used are correct and superbly fitted. The one word description for #1 vehicles is "concours."
