I think no center caps already means you're in the wrong thread.

Nice. I'm local, so happy to selflessly go check it out if anyone is interested.
Don't see midnight over black come up too often in any trim level.

But Turbo S or not, 40K mile cars are not $70K cars. It's simply too many miles for top dollar/collectibility, regardless of the wonderful color and options. The actual sell price will be closer to low $60s in my estimation. Which is still very strong money for a 40K mile car.
Of course I wouldn't post anything about the selling price if this was the Seller's Thread, but it's not, it's our discussion forum to talk about and opine on the Prestige!

That's a sexy blackish blue purple Turbo S but it's overpriced by about $15 to $20K for an actual selling price (especialy in the winter). Take a look at the abundance of 996 tts that sit out there priced at $60k to $70K forever.

Nor will it at 70+ but I would ask the same and be willing to negotiate.
It is in line w/ Hagerty's concours values, though, if it's truly concours: https://www.hagerty.com/apps/valuati...sche-911-Turbo

Great car, but again, to pull that asking it would either have to have lower miles or truly be in impeccable/flawless/concours condition (and still have to find the right buyer). If it is in that condition, your brother should invest in a pro to photograph the car, because the images on the ad don't highlight that.
Here is Hagertys definition of condition #1, Concours:
Here is Hagertys definition of condition #1, Concours:
Condition #1 vehicles are the best in the world. The visual image is of the best vehicle, in the right colors, driving onto the lawn at the finest concours. Perfectly clean, the vehicle has been groomed down to the tire treads. Painted and chromed surfaces are mirror-like. Dust and dirt are banned, and materials used are correct and superbly fitted. The one word description for #1 vehicles is "concours."
