Something about sitting in a non-climate controlled but indoor area in Iowa. Definitely a lot of moisture present.

my first Porsche was a new 928 in Guards Red over Beige interior. Black trim. I loved it at first sight at the dealership. 1986

The leather is more brown/ leather looking than anything yellow. The Savannah says supple leather to me, so comfortable. I had the 928 for 13 years and it never faded to yellow.

I am happy the color combo is “out” now because I found a low mile perfect condition TT-S in my preferred colors for less money.

It was bid up to $151k on PCar Market in March but not sure if it sold.

The Turbo S is nice. For a cab, this X50 was also very nice.

Yellow S bid to $125k but still didn't trip the reserve.

that is a nice TT cab. Basically a Turbo S except for brakes and badging. More than I paid for my TTS in October with double the miles.

surprised the yellow bird didn’t sell. About as collectible an example as you wish for.

Buyers are hungover from the post pandemic frenzy. It isn't just collectable cars either. Luxury purchases and travel are down across the board. Back to "normal" really.

Yes, will see how the yellow 2009 S2000 CR that sold for $200K two years ago (shocking price) will fare now...up again for sale on BaT. These yellow cars might prove to be canaries for the high end car market.

No. Mileage and colors are the primary drivers of price.

Standard colors like silver, black, and gray tend to command the lowest prices. Rarer colors like white, yellow, or Lapis blue tend to command higher prices when compared to a similar spec car with a more basic color. Yellow seems to pull the highest dollars. The caveat to this is the color of the interior too. A yellow car with beige interior would likely command a much lower price than the same car with black interior.

Yes, skittle exterior colors and white bring the highest prices paired with a desirable interior, IE, black, natural brown, red with black carpet, dark blue, etc.

Like this car.
