Great 996 Turbo...I just picked up a 05 Turbo S in Lapis Blue. It has a Eurosport exhaust, ceramic headers, GIAC tune, and a few other aftermarket goodies. Also has factory Aero kit. 2 owner car in excellent shape with 6600 miles and I paid 70k. A lot of people have said that I should have got a 997 turbo for that price, but I love a blue porsche and a tunned 996 turbo is one of the fastest cars I have driven, as I swear in fourth when you get on boost it pulls harder than a Carrera GT.

Hi Guys,

It's been a hell of a long time since I last posted an update on the forums about my car and what's its been involved in recently.

Here is some big news:
- Speedhunters - full feature - The pictures of this article are amazing, and I urge everyone to take a look. The article and story were written by Larry Chen, who I believe to be the best automotive photographer I've ever seeing / worked with.
http://www.speedhunters.com/2015/08/...-even-greater/

- Feature in Excellence magazne - hoping to have released in the December issue
- Working with 911 & Porsche world this Friday for a feature in their magazne as well

Hope all is well, and if anyone needs any radiators anytime soon - PM, and I'll put you in contact with a supporting vendor who will give you a nice deal.

cheers!

Can't believe it's been more than a year since I last posted up.

Since my last post.
- Featured in both Excellence Magazine - http://www.excellence-mag.com/issues...p#.WIhKuVeibyo
- Company profile featuring the car in 911 & Porsche World
- Installed matching blue GMG roll-cage, and mounted Moton system to it
- Window Tint
- New clutch
- New Tires
- Other major service as well. (Expensive to keep in top notch shape!)
- Just got black with matching Blue RUF logo floor mats put in as well.

Currently at 41,000 miles.

Frickin' ridiculous!! Car looks amazing, as always. Boy do 5 star wheels look great on these.

Any interior shots of what the blue roll bar looks like in there?

Beautiful car.

I continue to be amazed at how great the 996TT looks while the standard 996 is just... meh. In the cold light of day, the nose, tail and haunches are not hugely different; just different enough.

Unicorn colors are just frosting on the cake.

First of all Congrats on the purchase CSF. Amazing car!

Hey Al, You plan on making a new 996TT project any time soon. I saw a Zanzibar red 996TT for sale on eBay a few days ago and thought it would have made a great project car for you.

That's a super special car. I've looked at pictures of it for years. Always loved the color but never felt I could own that color.

Until now.

That car is ridiculous. Thinking of wrapping mine to match

One of my favorite 996 Turbos.

What % window tint did you go with? Looks good.

Wow it looks great except for the wood interior bits.
