Interesting. So 3 offers per item, or 3 per vendor, or 3 total, ever? Though as far as I can tell, I have only made 2 offers prior to trying to make this one. So if I can in fact make 3, that would suggest that something else prevented me from submitting this offer.

On the other hand, would eBay really have this system and not bother to make it remotely clear to users that this is what is happening. Well yes, to be fair to Quality Porsche Parts, eBay would :-(

Beware of eBay stores with a high rating. If they don't accept Paypal they can delete any negative feedback.
I discovered this when purchasing used equipment from a nearby eBay seller who is no longer listed.
