I've owned both, and really appreciate the corvettes, but agree that the driving experience is better in a 911. You do pay a lot for it! I had two Z06's, ran dozens of track days on them without much expense, and had a blast. Their handling is under-estimated by those who just see them as muscle cars. But when it's all said and done, I never had the feeling driving my Z06's that I do driving my turbo. I absolutely love this car!
