Wish I could help you - my car is in another town right now. Good luck, these are going to be such a nice addition to our cars!

OK, I took the measurements as follows:

Bolt holes nearest wheel wells , center to center is 58 1/8" (bolt1 pic), second set closest to wheel wells 56 1/2" (bolt2 pic)

Height of seam between painted bumper and factory black plastic lip 6 3/4" (trim at well pic) at sides near wheel wells and 5 7/8" (front center pic) at front center. However, This ride height is very low. Right now my front ride height from the factory measure points (center bolt behind brake ducts) is 95MM, when factory US 996TT is 158+-10mm, ROW 996TT is 138+-10, GT2 is 118 to 123. I do know several DE focused 996TTs in the 100-110 range, and I thought mine was at 101, but I checked my tire pressures at 36psi on my R888 225/40/18s and remeasured and I am at 95MM. It may make sense to get someone else to chime in on the height of the seam where the bumper meets the factory black plastic. For other people's reference, my 95MM ride height leads to a wheel well height of 24 5/8" (wheel well height pic). I really want it to be at 101F/120R.

I attached a few pictures of what I measured. Let me know if you need anything else.

Thank you for the measurements. This bumper is a lot wider than my GT3 part. I have a lot of cutting and pasting to do in order to make a master pattern before I can start the mold. I would still appreciate measurements from a couple of more cars. Want to check hoe close the numbers are and get a better idea of ride heights so I can get an average to set ground clearance for the splitter. Thanks Joe

Default 996 TT splitter

Sorry about the delay guys but work has been interfering with my play time on this project. I now have the top air dam section of the splitter done, working on the lower blade portion. Here are pics of how it's looking so far.

Default 996 TT splitter

The splitter is done. Is there someone within a reasonable driving distance to Surrey, B.C. I would like to give one of these away for free if I can find a car to mount the splitter on. If you can drive to see me the splitter is yours FREE. As you can see from the pictures there is a lot of material to trim. At stock ride height I can almost put the splitter blade on the ground. It can be trimmed to pretty much any desired ground clearance. the dzus fasteners are quick any easy to attach the blade portion of the splitter. While I was making this piece I also decided to make a set of dive planes for the car. These are now also available as well. I can be reached via email preffered ....tei@telus.net

This looks great! I love the detachable splitter blade - looks like an option would be to run without it on the street, and put it on for the track. Very cool! Can't wait to get it on the car!

Will the splitter fit a GT2-style front lip? If so, put me down for one. I already have the dive planes in CF.

From what I've been told it will not. I am in need of a GT2 car or bumper and will make a new piece like the TT one specific to the GT2. Anyone close to me who could help me out....please

Default I am ready to buy

I am in New York State, but am ready to buy when you are ready to sell. I did the measurement photos, so you know the ride height of my vehicle.

Please PM me when ready to sell me one.

Thanks Joe
