I located this thread below, but its for an '01 without a glovebox.

Anyone know how to slightly adjust this cover in an 02+ car with the glovebox? Mine has come ever so slightly un-flush and I can hear a light rattle that goes away when pushing in on the bottom of the cover.

Any step by step/insight you can provide would be excellent...
