I'm still looking if anybody knows of any available, need OEM parts for vehicle metriculation reasons

For the PCCB, best bet might be to piece together a kit.

A while back (maybe 8-10 months ago), Roger Beasley Porsche in Austin had a new set of 996 TT PCCB brakes they were trying to sell at cost.

They may not have them anymore, but it might be worth a call.
