Yep. I picked that name way back in 1997 when I signed up for ebay, and I just got in the habit of using it for other website usernames. I used it back in 2003 when I signed up for Rennlist. I've been thinking about changing it for years because everybody loves to hate on lawyers. Plus, in the real world, I don't wear it on my sleeve that I'm a lawyer - it's a second career for me. I'll talk about being a retired Navy flyer way before I ever mention being a lawyer currently. Or I'll talk about starting the non-profit auto museum. Or coaching my kids in various sports. Being a lawyer is waaay down the list of things that are important to me.

So modest, you earned it (being a lawyer) with three years of law school and passing the bar exam (unless you attended law school in Wisconsin and actually practice there). Not many have what it takes to be one. No shame in finding other values in life, though.

I have leather on my console - I would like to fix it up (looks worn, scratches) can this be removed in the same fashion?
I'm not sure what is involved with removing leather from a console but if it were me I would just get the leather redyed. They can even fill dents and scratches before they dye it and it looks like new. Not all that expensive either.

Default 1st PCA Concours

Well technically it wasn't today, but Sunday my wife and I participated in our first PCA-chicago concours event. Was working on 2001 996TT for weeks to prep for show (entered interior, exterior, storage and engine). As a newb learned a lot and met a lot of nice new people. Got to see a 1986 911 Targa national concours winner. Just an amazing car. Overall a lot of fun. Way to be welcoming Porsche community!
