GT3 sway bar on 996TT?
I searched around for an answer but couldn't find one.
Does a stock GT3 rear bar bolt right onto a stock Turbo? Do you need to swap out the drop links as well?
thanks,

I had to change my drop links, yes. I recommend TRG or Tarrett, They cost more, but they are superior products to a lot of the others on the market.

I have the H&R sway, solid so heavier, but designed for the wider car...I was told way back when that the gt3 was lighter but for the narrow body. When I was really into things, I was told to contact Fabryce at GMG because they were developing a hollow wide body unit of their own that was cost competitive. I have nothing to do with GMG, just sharing my data.

but stuff's been creaking and popping lately. i actually think the daily stresses of my steep driveway have been putting undue stress on them. i'm hoping it's just my springs and not a strut or swaybar. i'll have all that stuff checked out as soon as my fs f14's come in. which is as of now, the literal slow boat from china.
can't wait to get the proper size wheels like you've got. hit me up when it's time to run the canyons again!
@carlos.. you'll love them once they're fitted. it's night vs day.

We do need another canyon drive soon. As soon as my travel schedule cools down a bit... So, April?

i actually don't know, i'm embarassed to say. all the bits were on the car when i got it. i was told that it was the ROW MO30 setup and the springs look exactly like that, and have actually been cut 1/4 twist or so to achieve it's lowered stance.. but then, i've been told that the ROW MO30 was not for the turbo(?) but n/a 996's, and that the x73 was the factory suspension upgrade for the 996 turbo. care to enlighten me? can i have MO30 on my car?

Adjustable sway bars are by far the biggest bang for the buck on handling. Rears are a very easy self-install. Front is also easy, just a little more difficult than the rear.
