Any owners with aftermarket exhaust in central NC?

I'm still trying to decide what exhaust to purchase for my 01TT. I've tried a modified exhaust by "Ken" but wasn't happy with the sound. Then tried the drilled modification but still not what I'm looking for.

I would love to get a chance to actually hear the exhaust before I purchase. I'm not interested in anything with lot's of drone. Would like to hear a Miltek, EP Quiet and Speedtech 2.5 X-design but will consider others as well.

I'm not far from VIR if anyone is going to be there for a track event, perhaps we could meet.

Thanks.

Keith

Keith, if you head to the VIR event with PCA FSR in a few weeks you can check out Mike's exhaust. IIRC, it's the new speedtech x-design.

By the way, what did you not like about the PBK and the drilled method?

One of our local coffee guys just moved up to Winston. He has a black 996C4S. You should come on down one saturday for our coffee and drive.

Kelly is getting his new EP Stage 2 Quiet and UMW turbos put on next week. He lives nearby. I suspect he will need a few weeks of breakin before the sound settles though.
You've already heard my car with B&B so that is another reference point.

Yup Keith can come here mine on the 25-27th at VIR... I think it's a good compromise for not a lot of money...Great quality...

I'll be coming up on Monday :jumper:

Not sure if I'll be driving but at the least I'll check out Mike's exhaust.
