+ 1 on the X73. Ride height looks much improved.

The "not gonna mods" look great.

Like the audio set-up alot - want to get my iPhone working too.

Whats next?
It's the Britax Roundabout. I started a thread this past year on the 996 subforum talking about seats so we could find the "best" seats that actually fit. The winner for the back seat of the 996 was the Britax. The base does have to be removed though. The only part of the install that I hated was the fact that you have to cut the carpet (although there is a pre done perforation to show where it is) on the rear deck to access the tether anchor. ARGH!!! Couldn't they have engineered it better?

As far as the garage mod, I should have done a DIY thread on it. It's very easy and I had zero soldering experience. I'd be happy to help you do one if you are interested. Heck, I'd even put it together for you if you don't feel your DIY skills are up to the task. Just let me know.

Correct, the Britax Roundabout

The nice think about the Dension is with the unit you can have an ipod directly hooked up via the included ipod line-in the sounds is amazing! The aux-in is what I used for my XM radio. Just needed to install an in-line ground loop isolator. The "dock" that my iphone is in is the SkyDock XM sat radio dock. It's great b/c I can run XM off my iphone as well as run and ipod music on iphone as well through it. Also, has a USB input so you can connect a usb drive will a bazillion songs as well. Well worth the $550 all in price.

Great shot with your son in the back seat. To this date both my kids prefer the "Little Car" when going out. Enjoy your car in good health.
BTW: What is that iPhone cradle?

Dell, You're soooo doomed... The first time you track that car, you're going to kick yourself for spending the money on that X73 setup...

Before you other guys start howling at me, let's not forget that Dell was running 2.03s on VIR full in his GT3. What is going to happen is He's gonna expect the 996TT to do things it can't currently with that setup, and that's gonna be it... I predict a full suspension and brake upgrade by mid summer...

Dell, don't say a word man... Just read the title to your thread!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

You are one active dude. I think about stuff for 6 months and then never do anything - you think for 6 minutes and get it all done.

How much is the smoker-delete piece, and how easy is it to swap out? I have zero skills.....

Also - how much/how hard is the dual cubby?
