Talking Laser/rader jamming for dummies

I read the posts about this equipment with great interest, but I have no idea how this stuff works, or how much it is, or how legal/illegal it is.

Help this dummy please.

<a href="http://www.lidatek.com" target="_blank">www.lidatek.com</a> for laser jammers.

Laser jammers illegal in CA and a few other states.

Radar jammers illegal in all states.

Oak is the guy to ask about the rest of your questions.

Just to let you know that is a very biased website since what ever Radar Roy sells always wins in his testing. I used to venture to that site but there is alot of censorship and your cant even talk about K40 on that site due to the lawsuit from K40.

Goto the Laser Jammer section and see what laser jammer is preferred the most.

There are some stealth V1 installs out there www.aidesign.com has a very cool install that's etched into the rearview mirror with te receiver hidden on the rear deck or in the headliner. It's very expsnsive... something like $2,500!

Really cool but if someone or a cop right behind you they can see the V1 display in your mirror unless there is a way to totally make the screen at night into sometype of night mode.

There is no way a cop behind you could be able to tell that your mirror had been etched for the V1 display... it's just not that conspicuous. It can also be dimmed/darkened.
