I read the email threads bashing Newport Beach Porsche and that type of service sucks.
That is why I deal with Jon. On the other hand, they lost out on my latest purchase (2005 Turbo S Cab) and still give me great service.
Since there two parts to a service equation (Service writher and mechanic) you need to evaluate both when choosing a service department. Javier is the best mechanic at Newport.
