Default Fault Code 4266

Anyone in South Florida with aDurametric? I’m immediately getting error code 4266 but I’m using my Foxwell Reader. I read on another forum I can use a Durametric to query the abs to get the true issue. I already changed the MAF, Brake Switch, ABS Sensors in the front, and the ABS Harness on both sides.

Hopefully it's not the ABS pump. I would clean the internals of the connectors on both sides.

4266 is usually the ABS electronics failed. Module master can fix the electronics.

Durametric won't help. You fixed the easy stuff. I, unfortunately, sent my ABS ECU to 2 different places, both came back with no error. Had to replace the entire ABS...they are not cheap.

I’m with the rest here. I would send it off and get it repaired as you have done about everything else.

I’m dropping it off Thursday to 9 Auto Motion in West Palm Beach. If anyone can fix it, it’s them. I’m at the end of throwing parts at the car and they said the PIWIS will get to the root of the problem.

Update: So this morning I leave to make the hour drive. I start the car up and the error lights were on but by the time I got out the driveway they cleared themselves. Shop couldn’t replicate the issue but did see the error code in the PIWIS. They suggested one last step of bleeding the system using the PIWIS to active the pump. If I get the error again I’ll unbolt the module and send it to module masters. Oh and they said my motor mounts were shot. So I’m ordering RSS Tarmac unless you guys think it’s over kill. This car will see ZERO track time.

For what it's worth I am going to be changing out my rennline semi solid mounts for the 964RS mounts. I think every semi solid has the same flawed design where it will start to compress half of the polyurethane and have a gap over time.

I have had RSS mounts on my car for almost 15 years with plenty of track time. They are still in perfect shape. Even with no tracking they are a great upgrade. Car feels so much more solid. The OEM 964RS mounts are great too.

What is the part number of the 964RS mounts had how do they differ from the OEM 996T mounts? Sorry to hijack the thread....

Solid rubber vs liquid filled and able to sag.

You can buy the whole kit here and with the URO mounts it's less than $300. https://rennpart.com/product/rs-engine-mount-upgrade/

I managed to remove the ABS Module without removing the pump… Was not fun! Hopefully Module
Masters turns it around quick
