front license plate ideas? or just be normal?

i finally got pulled over by a bored cop (all due respect) for not having front plate.

he didnt give me a ticket, but i do need to put the front plate on now.

any thoughts? ideas?

I would only trust Porsche OEM. Any aftermarket stuff and you could be playing with fire.:)

i've used the toe hook mounted plate for years. quick on/off for car washes etc.

i hate the center mounted oem fixture. never. i'd rather have the 25$ fix it ticket

which tow hook attachment did you use?

Another option is to epoxy some strong magnets to the backside of the bumper cover and then add a strip of steel (or more magnets) to the back of the plate, along with some felt or clear bra to protect the paint. Then the plate is easy on/easy off if you're the type to want to be able to easily remove it for whatever reason.

was a custom made by a guy that used to post on 6spd years ago. it's not dissimilar from the "us mill" one posted above. same basic design. plastic backing plate with metal and bolted together.

i like it for its "placement" far right on the car, and also the quick "6 spin" on/off. i've had it over triple digits mph and it's not going anywhere

Because it provides a great target and radar/laser energy bounce for law enforcement using radar or laser?

no, for the aesthetics alone. i prefer the look of the placement that makes use of the toe hook receptacle. i would've thought that that was clear from my post.

while evading law enforcement may be of concern for you? it isn't one i share. my experience of the toe hook mounted plate at triple digit speed occurred on a controlled, closed course environment in my backyard.

( to save you from responding with your next contentious reply ).
