I think it's well publicized how many here like his solution. Can we please stop derailing this thread with that, for those who are already aware and want another solution?

There are more than enough threads on the eRams. The OP made it clear in the OP that he wanted something else.

Yes, he did originally; however, he has since edited his original post and removed the following statement he made..."For reasons I won't get into, the eRam kit is NOT an option."

Thanks, I missed that. I will speak for myself, then: I appreciate Dave's ingenuity and contributions to the forum and elsewhere, but I would still like to see what other options are out there. eRams are not unknown to anyone here -- there are usually multiple testimonials on the front page at any given time.

There are several companies that rebuild the pump and rams if you cannot wait for Kevin to work through his backlog.

I haven't tried this one: http://p-speed.de/test/index.html

Nor this one: https://www.tophydraulics.com/

I did try Invasion in Los Angeles and I DO NOT recommend them.

I think I bought a new steering rack from my g55 from Invasion. never installed and it was a pain to return. Don't hear too many good reviews.
