Default 335 tires on Hollow Spokes

Apologize if this has been asked before. Has anyone mounted 335 tires on their 11" rear wheel hollow spokes? I believe I have seen 315's.

even if you could, i don't think you'd want to. Wide tires liked to be stretched. I think 12'' rims at least are what you want. I think some go to 13'' for 335 tires.

I have too been debating about this. I currently have 315s with GT2 wheels 12". Thinking about mounting 335 but worry it might rub somewhere. Does anybody have issues with this configuration?

I think powderhound is running 335's, but with a lot of 'massaging' to make them fit.

powderhound and I run similar setups with 335 rears, neither of us on stock twists though. I have 18x13 Finspeed rears, I think he runs 18x12.5 BBS currently but he has also ran the 18x13.

You dont want to run 335s on stock wheels regardless of what massaging you do to make it fit in the wheelwell, 11s are too narrow and the tire will be pinched. Even 315s are pinched on the stock wheels, but 335s would be awful- if it would even work.

What front width do you run with the 335 rear?

335s on 18x13. Fronts are 275 on 18x10. You do not want to pinch a tire on a rim. Always run as wide a rim as you can....

Cool. I’m currently running 12’s and but they are 17” with 315’s and there is approx 1/4” rim showing on the outer edge. I’ve always liked the 18” Hollow Spokes and have a spare set. My delima is staying with the 17” wheels and install 335’s or have 315’s mounted on the 18” Hollow Spokes.

Thanks again for the input!

you can run a 335 on a 12 but not an 11. 13 is better like john and chris said. i run a 275/335 setup like them but on a 10 front 12 rear. bfg rival s
