More buying advice 996 tt X50
I have been following a car in NY, Arctic silver, 2002 996TT, X50, Aero Kit with 26k miles. Initially, the price was 69,5K but has dropped to 64.5k, Looks to be in excellent condition, but would like input on the price. Also has anyone dealt with this company, Ryan Friedman Motors?

Good looking car, but man that's a lot of $$$. Definitely paying the low mile x50 premium, are you going to want to drive it and add miles? If you are ok with the depreciation and have the cash I would try to negotiate it down and go for it. I have basically the same car minus the aero kit and I have put 45K on the odometer in 3 years and love every mile.

I know Ryan — good guy and only picks up top cars. He knows 996s very well.

For a clean, no issues, X50 car with low miles that price isn't too bad.. A good PPI should be a done, check for the usual items (radiators/clutch/slave/coolant lines/DME revs & hrs/paint readings) if all checks out make an offer. If you can get it for low 60's that would seem fair.

I live on Long Island and never knew this dealer existed. Get the VIN and check it is an X50 option. I noticed the car did not have the X50 Exhaust tips. I may very well be an X50, just double check it out. Also, for the price, it should have had the Nav radio in it.
