In those pictures......the end pieces on the X-pipe would be swapped to the muffler to go that route, yes?

Yes! That's correct! The cats and the 90 degree bends remain in place and the muffler or x-pipe is used.

How was the sound with cats and X-pipe? Was it too loud our just right. I had a 3” X-celerator with cats before and loved it. Would tune it down a bit more now and think the 2.5 is a better option. Look forward to to hear your feedback. Also were you able to hear the turbos spool a bit? |
