Thanks for that.

I checked the rear battery terminal in the engine compartment, I've got 12v there.

I don't seem to have 12v at the emergency terminal in the fuse block in the cabin. I went from battery negative to the multimeter, pull out plug for positive to the multimeter, got nothing.
That should have 12v, correct?

I'm going to check into these fuseable links, which was called out in the thread linked above.

Right, so I should see 12v there from the battery when it is connected to the car and putting 12v at other points of the car.

I checked that when I woke up, so I may have been a little hazy, but I don't have 12v there.

Was any other work done to car just before these issues arose?

How old/new is battery? It may be as simple as a new battery. Always use a battery tender and not a trickle charger.

None.
Only maintenance was plugs/coils done 3 months ago by me.

Battery is 4/17 and load tested OK. I guess I could take it to an auto parts store for testing (different equipment may show a different result?) but the issues I have don't seem to be from a bad battery. More from a non existent electrical connection.

I use the Ctek tender through the cigarette lighter like everyone else uses.

Bad batteries can cause a whole host of problems, what is battery reading on instrument gauge with accessory on? Needs to be 13-14v

Nothing.

The gauge doesn't work, along with no radio, no window switches, nothing. Odometer and clock in cluster light up, no problem there.

The windows still drop when the door opens, alarm still engages, doors still lock with key fob, cabin lights still come on.

I suppose I should do that just in case my test equipment was faulty.

The only thing I came up with is that your entire ignition lock system is malfunctioning. I have heard of this happening before just not with your exact issues.
