Default Factory Tour Museum Today.

I was fortunate today to participate in a Porsche factory tour and museum visit in Stuttgart. It was very cool to see the chassis and engine assembly line. I saw quite of few GT3 RS and GT3 cup cars on the assembly line. What was interesting is that the production run included 911s, Boxsters, and Caymans on the same line. The tour guide said they produce about 236 cars per day with two work shifts. There is a lot of technology in the production of P-cars!

Also saw some parts bins labeled 992.

I picked up this little gem at the museum. There some good information and a lot of cool pictures, all for 14 euros.
