He is one of many that make a living buying salvage/rebuilds for video material, I do give him credit for willing to get dirty. His work is iffy and usually done on the cheap= wouldn't give what he spews a second thought.

Yes, he did an LS swap in his 996 after killing the motor at the track due to oil starvation (common M96 issue when tracked and not proactively managed), and then he promptly killed the LS at the track by doing the same thing.

Seeing as though it is almost impossible to kill an LS motor (I have been trying for almost 400,000kms...), he really must be doing something so very wrong...

The M96, not so surprising.

Oil starvation in high g corners is an issue for the LS. Do a google search.
