Get some goo gone gel and let it sit to remove existing adhesive. Then some gorilla or similar double sided mounting tape. Also get some alcohol to clean areas before mounting. Residue left will inhibit adhesion. Get a hair dryer to heat up the tape so it covers/holds better before final install. You can also use dryer to help remove old adhesive.
