Well, up here in Canada it stands for Office of the Privacy Commissioner, but again, I suspect that is not what he is suggesting...

Do you have any idea what he is suggesting?

Maybe "Office of Primary Care"? That would be odd though.
I have some spare time and thought I'd fish around on the Internet to see if something fit with his usage...

Am thinking - 'Original Porsche Center' would fit that context.

However, as his location isn't noted, a couple other thoughts come to mind:
Oklahoma Porsche Center
Orlando Porsche Center
And in Canada, we have:
Okotooks Porsche Center...

I think it is a British term. I found a reference to OPC on the Porsche Club Great Britain forum -->

I spent way longer on the hunt than I normally do, but it gave me something to do while I sit here watching England v. Croatia.

Thanks; I guess I'll bank that for use later.

Problem solved
Sorry for the massive confusion created by me using «OPC. Thought it was an International term 😅. What’s the US term ? PZ is normal in Germany for instance (Porsche Zentrum).
Anyway - I changed the valve, and problem is solved. Now boosting between 0.6 and 0.7 as it should. Not impressed with the OPC not changing the valve even tough it didn’t throw a code. It is a «while you’re in there» job to change it in my opinion - given the valve is 17 years old and pretty cheap.
Anyway - thanks for all the help guys !

Here we say "the dealer", as in "I took my car to the dealer".
The other option that is not "do it yourself (DIY)" would be an "Independent shop", or "Indy".

I refer to my dealer as 'my wrench'...
Also acceptable.

Does the same mechanic at the dealership work on your car every time you take it in?
If the dealer has multiple mechanics I'd think you'd refer to the place as "my wrenches".
