I've used them almost exclusively and bought lots of parts directly over the phone from them with no problems ever.

I only had pleasant and trouble-free transactions with them since 2008. Greg Arteche is the one I normally talk to.

i wasnt aware sonnen porsche even took paypal. are you positive the website was from the actual porsche dealer?

I normally receive a mail from Paypal mentioning to pay before they ship. The title of the mail is : "SONNEN MOTORCARS LLC via Paypal member@paypal.ca" and "SONNEN MOTORCARS LLC would like to be paid through PayPal.".....

Never had a problem. They are consistence with my orders. They are the go to guys for me when it comes to O.E.M parts.

I have several credit card purchases from Sonnen with no issue. i've not used PayPal.

paypal confirmed that the agent is porschepartsnow.com

This is how I have ordered the parts from them in the past. I locate the part online and then call them. Give them my CC and its done. They have my info on file and voila! the part arrives a few days later. Unless I'm not home and package thief's steal it.

Issue clarified
it is strange that porschepartsnow did not send confirmation to the registered email of my login account at its online store. It sent confirmation to my paypal registered email account (i soldemly use & forgot the login password). All purchased items still left in the shopping cart of porschepartsnow and I think it may be a system bug!🤕
