Thanks man. Wheel hardware should be torqued to 155 inch lbs. which is almost 13 ft lbs (12.91). Replace hardware and o-rings, use a star pattern and feel free to seal with a bead of silicone for added leak protection. If you have questions or need parts shoot me a message.

butzigear, thank you for the torque specs, I have extra hardware but I am looking a set of the original red/white BBS stickers on the wheels. do you carry them or possible to order from you?

What would you recommend if a shop just redid my wheels (hardware, seals, etc) and torqued the wheel hardware to 27lbs, instead of the 155inch lbs (12.91lbs)? Do the wheels need to be redone from scratch, or is it as simple as loosening all the bolts and retightening to 155inch lbs?

The guys above sound a little extreme. I'd drive it and not worry.

Torque specs are in place for your safety. Doubling the torque spec of the hardware is not safe and will result in broken bolts.

this already happened at 27lbs. 2 bolts broke off and had to be drilled out, and one full came out. David is spot on.
