Default Looking for a bracket on the engine

So my engine is finally fully built, but it's missing this bracket I have in the pic. That's the driver side at the back of the engine. I can't find the part number anywhere, if anybody has one for sale or knows the part number that would be great.
Also does anybody have a good of part # 99611021571 throttle plenum? People that might have upgraded to an IPD plenum and have one setting around.

thank you
-Jason

Well damn jpflip that is it! THANK YOU!!!!!
Now does anybody have part # 99611021571 throttle plenum laying around, I don't want to spend the extra money on the IPD plenum.
